Easy Brown Bread Sandwich Recipe

Brown Bread Sandwich Ingredients:

  1. Brown Bread (8 Slices)
  2. Olive Oil (2 Tsp)
  3. Chopped Fresh Button Mushrooms (5-6)
  4. Chopped Garlic (2 Cloves)
  5. Chopped Celery (1 Stalk Optional)
  6. Grated Cheese (4 Tbsp)
  7. Black Pepper Powder (To taste)
  8. Red Chilli Flakes (1 Tsp)
  9. Chopped Spring Onion (5-6)
  10. Salt (to Taste)
  11. Paprika (1 Tsp)

How to Prepare Brown Bread Sandwich Recipe:

  1. Take brown bread slices, apply the butter on its one side. Keep the bread slices aside.
  2. Take a non stick frying pan, heat oil in it and saute spring onion and garlic in the oil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add celery and mushrooms and fry them for 2 minutes.
  4. Add paprika powder, red chili flakes, black pepper and salt and Sauté for 2 or 3 minutes.
  5. Take off the pan from the heat and divide the filling into four parts.
  6. Take the bread slices, place one part of filling on one side of the bread slice and then spread it.
  7. Now sprinkle the grated cheese on the top and cover it with the slice of buttered bread.
  8. When the sandwich gets ready then serve it immediately.
