World's Best Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken mince – ½ kg
  2. Butter – 2 tablespoon (salted)
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Black Pepper – ½ tsp
  5. White pepper – 1tsp
  6. Ketchup – 2 tablespoon
  7. Chilli garlic sauce – 2 table spoon
  8. Red chilli – 1 ½ tsp
  9. Lasagna Sheets – 6
  10. Onion – 1 medium (chopped finely)
  11. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  12. Oregano – 1 tsp
  13. Cheddar cheese – ½ cup (grated)
  14. Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup (grated)

Ingredients for béchamel Sauce:

  1. Milk – 375 ml
  2. Plain flour – 3 tablespoon
  3. Black Pepper – ½ tsp
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Butter – ½ cup
  6. Nutmeg (jaifal) – ½ tsp

Recipe

  1. In a wide pan put water with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of oil.
  2. When it comes to boil, add lasagna sheets and boil till tender.
  3. Take out in cold water and tap dry with kitchen towel.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Pre-heat your oven at 200 C.
  6. For béchamel sauce, Take a pan and heat milk (not boil).
  7. In other pan heat butter, when it is melted completely, add plain flour and stir.
  8. When it is slightly cooked, slowly pour hot milk.
  9. Add nutmeg, salt, pepper and keep stirring until thick.
  10. Keep it aside.
  11. Take a non stick pan and melt 2 tablespoon of butter along with 2 tablespoon of olive oil (you can also use cooking oil).
  12. Add chopped onion and fry until transparent.
  13. Now add garlic paste and stir a little and add chicken mince.
  14. Put red chilli, salt, pepper, oregano, ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, white pepper and cook until it changes colour.
  15. Grease baking tray with butter and dust with plain flour.
  16. Spread lasagna sheets, layer with chicken mince and spread a heavy layer of béchamel sauce.
  17. Mix both cheese and sprinkle on sauce.
  18. Repeat layering once again.
  19. Cover with heavy cheese layer.
  20. Bake it in middle rack for about 20-25 mins (or till the cheese on top layer starts to give golden shade).
  21. Serve hot.
